Herbal Foot Soak

A soothing addition to your health regime, the foot soak will detoxify and cleanse your body while leaving your feet feeling invigorated and energized.  If used uninterrupted for the suggested period of time (7-30 days in a row), you will see ailments fading and will find yourself in better health.

Preparation:

1 stock pot of (very) hot water
1 Foot soak pack
1 pot of cool water to temper the soak
Tub big enough to cover your feet and ankles
Dry Towel

Add foot soak ingredients to the tub.  Begin by adding a small amount of hot water to the tub, (just enough to cover your feet about half way; adjust temperature with cool water as needed).  For best results, the soak should continuously be as hot as you can take it.

Continue to add hot/cold water as the soak begins to cool.  Your soak should last approx 15-30 minutes.  Once you feel a little tacky on your face or arms, your foot soak is complete.   Remove your feet and dry them.
