  • Adult Kung Fu

  • Summer Camp
    Students have the opportunity to explore
    the finer aspects of traditional kung fu training
    including detailed anatomy lessons, herbology
    and philosophy from the seven military classics
    of ancient china. Students will enjoy daily cooking
    lessons, which instill healthy lifestyle habits that
    they will benefit from the rest of their lives. All
    of this in a caring, nurturing environement.

    Upon successful completion of your black belt,
    the secret teachings of kung fu start to open
    their doors to you. A Kung Fu black belt is
    poised to walk with ease and confidence through
    the world in a natural, unassuming way. We invite
    you to begin your journey and watch as your
    shortcomings disappear

Experience the Art

Did you know? Kung fu has a soft side as well as the famous hard style of self defence. To fully develop your potential, both sides of this art must be mastered. If you are having a hard time choosing where to begin your journey, click on the pictures to start exploring.

Optimally, you will begin at 3 yrs old. You will be hard wired for kindness, intelligence and strength. From the ages of 5-15, your training will continue with emphasis on the health of the body. When your brain starts it's second major changing process on the onset of puberty, formal meditation will be a growing part of your practice. By the age of 30, you will have a valuable and rare gem of a practice that is Kung Fu. Happiness and contentment will be yours for the rest of your life as you simultaneously become more resistant to diseases of the body and the mind. The external path is closed to anyone over the age of 45 or anyone not in optimal physical health.
